Why we created it
Across 17 editions the festival has become one of Presicce's most recognisable summer events. Its identity comes from pairing large free concerts with olive-oil culture: earlier editions brought national artists including Ermal Meta, Clementino and PFM, while tastings and references to the underground mills keep the programme connected to Presicce's productive history.
