Serra di Pozzomauro

Terraces, dry-stone walls, liame, old olive plots and the remains of the medieval Pozzo Mauro settlement occupy the 132-metre ridge above Presicce. The landscape also preserves the ruined Specchia or Torre di Pozzomauro and traces of some of the area's earliest rock-cut oil mills.
